Meet the Team
I am apart of the R.O.Y.A.L.S because I have noticed how there has been a lack of resources when it comes to establishing a safe environment. I hope to contribute to a more comfortable school setting where students can be open about their traumatic experiences, and seek the right support systems. I decided to join this movement because there needs to be more awareness around the issue of sexual assault among both genders.
I am apart of the R.O.Y.A.L.S because I want to be a part of the movement that helps survivors by supplying resources to them. Also, by creating a more inviting environment to strengthen bonds between genders. This will allow for survivors to open up to new opportunities that will help them speak out on these real life problems occurring on school campuses.
I am apart of R.O.Y.A.L.S because I like to make a difference in our community and making the survivors feel understood and safe. Being part of R.O.Y.A.L.S is important to me because it is a way to show who I am and how I want our community to change.
I am a part of R. O. Y. A. L. S. because I would like to see our local communities become a safe environment for everyone. Survivors in small communities, like ours, can find it difficult to find resources locally. By being part of this movement, I hope to help both men and women find the resources they need to make them feel like the kings and queens that they are.
R. O. Y. A. L. S is important to me because I want people in our community to feel safe and comfortable speaking out, if they need to, without feeling shame. I see myself and R. O. Y. A. L. S helping out survivors who need the support and resources, especially on campus. I’m a part of this club because we think it should be a priority in every school campus to create a safe environment where all students feel respected.
I am in R. O. Y. A. L. S. because I see a lot of young girls empowering one another, and it inspires me to do the same. My vision for our school’s community is to be more united and comfortable with discussing the real world situations that actually happen in our society. I see myself improving our community in school by talking making more people aware of the issues we face in society. As a young woman, I believe we should all respect and love each other because we all come in different shapes and sizes which offers diverse opportunities.
I am in R. O. Y. A. L. S. because I want to help as many people as I possibly can. I think we can help our community because we can help empower anyone who wants to help make a better and safer community for everyone. I see R. O. Y. A. L. S. helping survivors become more confident by letting them know we will be by their side every step of the way.
I am apart of R.O.Y.A.L.S because I want to help change the atmosphere in schools. We want men and women to be more open and speak up for what they believe in. Our group will help the community in bringing social awareness to problems that have been hidden or avoided for far too long. My vision for our school is for students to be aware of all these problems in society and for them to change our future with the decisions they make throughout life.
I am taking part in R.O.Y.A.L.S. because there needs to be more accessible help for survivors to uplift and heal themselves from the trauma that has harmed them. R.O.Y.A.L.S. is a step forward for the community because it increases awareness of sexual assault. I envision a respectful and united community of students determined to make a positive impact for years to come.
